Walking is the easiest and most advantageous exercise . One can change one's life by including it in one's life style . It helps in fighting against many dangerous diseases   and helps in reducing the possibility of falling ill . It is useful  in obesity , heart diseases , depression  , stress , sleeplessness etc . Many research has proved it .
Laziness and sleeplessness is removed  
It has been established that one can keep one self fit by way of walking . One gets good sleep if one walks regularly . With the result that one feels fresh and lively  . Even if one is able  to walk only for half an hour only ,  it has been established  by way of research  that sleeplessness is reduced by fifty percent .
Blood circulation improves by walking
Brisk walking improves blood circulation in whole body  including brain  . The functioning of  brain and other organs of the body improves . It  also  saves us  from dangerous  diseases of dementia ( forget fullness  ) in future . On the one hand it liberates from depression and stress and on the other hand helps us to think positive .
One gets rid of genetic diseases
By   walking regularly we can save our selves from genetic diseases . In many cases it saves us from heart diseases .
