Three measures are recommended
. Nutritious food .
. Exercise .
. Stop smoking .
If one follows these measures ,one can look 30 years of age after retirement . One research conducted in USA has come to this conclusion . It has been found that if smoking is stopped , regular physical exercise are undertaken and if the blood pressure remain normal , then the chances of living of a person up to the age of 90 years are 50 percent . But if the habits are not changed the rate of living long is reduced .
