If one follows these measures ,one can look 30 years of age after retirement . One research conducted in USA has come to this conclusion . It has been found that if smoking is stopped , regular physical exercise are undertaken and if the blood pressure remain normal , then the chances of living of a person up to the age of 90 years are 50 percent . But if the habits are not changed the rate of living long is reduced .

It is necessary to be fit and healthy to do work . In it first of all we must take care of our body . We should at least sleep for seven hours during the night .
Control emotions
When the person is able to learn to control his emotions , he is able to cross half of the difficulties . It is for your betterment to get rid of negative thinking if any . In fact it is true that this emotional build up can help the person to do his work even under intense pressure . If you want to work in a positive enviorment then cultivate habit of praising others .
Work should have an objective
Many a times it is seen that we are doing work with out an objective in mind . This objective less work does not augur well for the progress of once career in future . Computer will challenge brain
By 2030 computer of brain capability will be ready . It has been reported that very soon computer will be manufactured which will be comparable to human brain . According to a computer expert , in the coming 50 years the computer technique will be developed which will enhance the capability of the computer by 32 times to what it is in twentieth century . Computer has so far been based on two dimensional silicon chips . The capability of the computer will increase by use of three dimensional silicon chips .
